Imagine Cloud collects AWS resource metadata — resource IDs, types, regions, CloudWatch utilization metrics, and cost data from Cost Explorer. We do not collect source code, application data, database contents, or any customer data stored in your AWS account.
Resource metadata is used solely for cost optimization analysis — to identify idle or underutilized resources and generate savings estimates. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or any purpose other than providing the Imagine Cloud service.
Imagine Cloud uses a read-only IAM role with least-privilege permissions. We never modify, delete, start, stop, or otherwise change resources in your AWS account. All access is strictly read-only.
Scan findings are retained for 90 days. After 90 days, findings are automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
