You may use Imagine Cloud only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service to violate any applicable laws, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to AWS accounts you do not own or administer, or to interfere with the service’s operation.
Savings estimates provided by Imagine Cloud are approximations based on historical usage data and AWS pricing. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of actual savings. Actual savings will vary based on your usage patterns, reserved instance commitments, and other factors.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Free trial accounts are limited to one scan and ten findings as described on the pricing page.
Imagine Cloud is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagine Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
